Mr. Mohan Kumar Subramanyam

Mohan is the CEO of Kumaran Systems. He played a strategic role in transforming Kumaran into one of the world's leading application migration s oftware services companies. It has been ranked among the Top 500 global software companies (16th annual ranking by Software Magazine) and also ranks among the Top 200 Indian software companies (3rd annual ranking by Dataquest). He holds a BE (Honours) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and M.E. in Computer Science from Anna University, Chennai.

Mr. Muthu Muthukumar

Muthukumar has extensive experience in all financial products, particularly in industrial and mortgage loans. He graduated from PSG College of Technology in Electrical Engineering and then completed a Diploma in Business Administration. He worked as a process maintenance engineer in a textile processing firm before joining Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation (TIIC) and served there for the past 25 years. He has a wide range of experience in project financing, NPA management, etc.

Dr. Chinnia Subramanian

Subramanian is a metallurgical/materials engineer with extensive experience in research, teaching and consulting in Australia, Canada and India. He provides consulting services through EnMat Solutions Inc. He received his BE (Honours) in Metallurgical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, ME from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, PhD from University of Melbourne, Australia and MBA from Richard Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada. He is passionate about, and invests in, Indian business opportunities with a social cause.

Mr. Vasanth

He has more than a decade of experience in Finance, Marketing and operations. He has rich experience in strategic planning and business development. He has expertise in evaluating the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements He prepares corporate and Annual business plan and monitors progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost effectively and efficiently as possible. He is primarily responsible for partnership alliances building and overseas operations. He played the role of Information Security Manager and implemented ISO 27001:2005 in 2012 in his previous employer. Certified ISO 9001:2005 (QMS Standard) Auditor.

Mr. Prem Kumar

A result oriented professional with 12+ years of experience in Sales, Collection and Recovery Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, process definition, process compliance and Team Management. Keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales and marketing activities for accelerating the business growth. Expertise in managing business operations with key focus on top line profitability. Result oriented record of streamlining working SOPs for enhanced operational effectiveness.

Mr. Hari Prashanth Ravi

Ravi is Bachelor of Engineering graduate and coming from the Business background family. He is a remarkable talent who inspires everyone with his innovative ideas, conviction and new perspectives to things be it operations, finance or business development. He is a young and appealing director having a professional Engineering Degree.

Dr. R. Balakrishnan

Balakrishnan retired as Executive Director of NABARD with major contributions in the fields of microfinance, watershed development, promotion of micro enterprises and innovations both at policy and management. He was part of the team which pioneered SHG-Bank linkage programme in India. He also served as Director, School of Management, VLBJCET, Coimbatore for two years. He was a director of MCX and several other financial institutions. He is CFO of Metayage Strategic IP Partners LLP, Bangalore. He earned his doctorate from the University of Lucknow and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Sushant K Choudhury

Choudhury is associated with Shriram Group of companies as a senior Management Member in risk Management and as a Board Member in Howdy Ventures Pvt Ltd. He is a person with passion for Sales & Marketing and works under any kind of situation to achieve corporate goals in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Human relations, Operations, etc. he has over two decades of experience as a Senior Management Member in Financial Sector and IT Industry (Mastek Group of companies). He has a graduate degree in Commerce and also Masters in Business Administration.
